Our Approach Model

Reindeer has successfully implemented a number of different models in order to meet the demands of our clients. Aside from our own internal motivations, we strive and make consistent efforts to suit the needs of our clients and we are happy to be able to deliver an end-to-end solution that encompasses hardware, software and services. The way we work with our clients is fairly open-ended and we are able to provide our services in a manner that makes the most of their potential value.

An important quality of a successful firm is its ability to concentrate on the primary objective. Our core philosophy is to give the highest possible level of quality in our primary goods and services to our clients. That is why we have established three models that serve as the backbone of our business operations.

Reindeer’s cloud platform houses all of the equipment and data and we can customize the analytics and reports to match the specific demands of our customers’ enterprises. A one-time investment in the equipment will be offset by ongoing subscriptions to the reporting and analytics. Following our interaction with customers and the gathering of requirements, we will either develop the program from scratch or modify an existing program to meet particular needs. Clients will be given a secure URL to which they can log in to use all of the software’s features. Maintenance, warranty and software upgrades all come with the subscription model. The biggest advantage of utilizing this service is that users don’t have to invest in physical infrastructure to access it, which makes it easier for them to use the system.
We supply practically the entire hardware and data from the IoT devices. We also own the data collected by the devices. The data emanating from the IoT devices will be kept on our cloud platform and clients will be able to retrieve the data into their servers at regular intervals via secure Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). In addition to providing total data protection and storage, we also provide 100 percent availability and backup services. The most significant benefit is that customers have the option of combining the data with their existing software (if it is currently available), or they may construct their own software to ensure that the full analytics and reporting process is handled on their on-premise or cloud-based infrastructure. However, they must spend in either physical or cloud infrastructure (servers, networks, databases and software), as well as in the management of the software.
Only the hardware vendor is involved: The data and software will be owned solely by our clients and we will provide the hardware. The significant advantage is that the customer won’t have to deal with the hassle of setting up and configuring the hardware since it is all handled by our expert team. Every bit of data generated by IoT devices will be sent straight to the customers’ own servers. The data will be stored on their servers and the clients will be able to use it to conduct their own analytics and reporting operations. They have the option of integrating the data with their current software (if it is already in place) or developing new software to meet their specific needs. Clients will be responsible for the server, databases, software development and integration efforts, as well as updates and periodic maintenance of the program; however, they will only have to spend once on the devices.
